Once upon a time in Mexico

I meet Sara by pure chance. Out of the blue  in one of my local joints  in Dubrovnik, Croatia. We got on at first while sipping  a warm beer in a hot summer night. She told me she ‘s originally from Mexico while Toni is Brazilian. They meet on studies in US and never looked back. Toni is actually a bit of a celebrity, in the water polo world. He is a captain of USA water polo team. (Oh it was a pleasure to work with the boys in the morning I’ll tell ya that much!!!)Life and mostly Toni’s work brought them  first to Croatia and later on to Montenegro but they were getting married in Mexico!

Jordan and I just to live in Mexico and are both fluent in Spanish so it was easy to get on with Sara. (not that her English is bad :-)). And then we realised! Both of us girls planned a wedding in the countries we ‘re originally from. And both find it hard because we didn’t live there anymore. We chatted for ages…

Just as I was about to say good bye I mentioned we are planning to go to our honey moon to Panama & Columbia around Christmas time. I gave her my card and jokingly mentioned she should give me a ring.

And she did! The next morning! The rest is as they say history, enjoy part one of Toni’s & Sara wedding

(Toni & Sara got hitched in a beautiful colonial town Cuernavaca , Mexico).

 xXx Ines

Agh, how beautiful! The light, the outdoor ceremony, the dress, the location - love it all!
